- Provide the medical care required when carrying out dental work for our patients

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE INFORMATION?
All the information we hold on our patients will be kept for the duration of Oak Lodge Dental providing services to you. Should you leave the practice then your record will be kept at Oak Lodge for a period of 10 years, after this time it will be deleted off of our system. We may from time to time require that your information is disclosed to a third party, for example should you require a referral or laboratory work. When this is required you will be notified prior to the information being shared.
