Anti-Wrinkle Treatment (Botulinum Toxin)

Botulinum toxin is carefully injected into targeted facial muscles to help relax the muscles responsible for fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment is designed to soften the appearance of lines and create a fresher, more relaxed look — it is not a facelift.

Dynamic lines appear during facial movements such as smiling, laughing, or squinting, while static lines are visible even when the face is at rest due to long-term skin changes. Botulinum toxin treatment is most effective for improving dynamic lines.

Results typically last up to 12 weeks.

Dermal Filler Treatment

Dermal fillers are carefully injected to restore lost volume, soften lines and wrinkles, and enhance facial features such as the cheeks and lips. Treatments are tailored to achieve natural-looking, balanced results.

The longevity of dermal fillers depends on the type of filler used and the area treated, but results typically last between 6–18 months. For patient safety, certain areas of the face are considered unsuitable for filler treatment and will not be injected.

Profhilo Skin Booster

This treatment uses hyaluronic acid injections to deeply hydrate the skin and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. Skin boosters help improve skin texture, enhance radiance, and soften the appearance of fine lines, leaving the skin looking fresher and more rejuvenated.

Profhilo® is a skin booster treatment typically carried out as an initial course of 2 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Once results are achieved, maintenance treatments are usually recommended every 4–6 months.

Viscoderm Hydrobooster

This advanced hyaluronic acid treatment is designed to hydrate the skin while gently stretching superficial wrinkles for a smoother, more natural appearance. Its unique “Hydrostretch” action helps improve moderate to advanced signs of ageing by restoring skin quality, elasticity, and hydration.

The treatment is particularly suitable for dynamic areas of the face, including around the eyes, mouth, and forehead, where expression lines are most noticeable.

For best results possible from Viscoderm Hydrobooster treatments, most people need two separate treatments 8 weeks apart. Results last 6 months.

Restylane Skin Boosters

Restylane® Skinboosters™ are designed to improve overall skin quality by restoring hydration from within. The treatment helps enhance skin elasticity, reduce roughness, and improve smoothness, leaving the skin looking refreshed, healthy, and naturally radiant.

A typical treatment programme consists of 3 initial sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. To maintain results, follow-up treatments are usually recommended every 6 months, depending on your skin condition and desired outcome.

Polynucleotide Treatment

Polynucleotide treatments are an advanced regenerative skin treatment designed to improve overall skin quality and support the skin’s natural repair processes. By stimulating cell renewal and encouraging healthier skin function, this treatment works at a deeper level to rejuvenate and strengthen the skin over time.

Polynucleotides are particularly effective for the delicate eye area, helping to reduce dark circles, soften crow’s feet and fine lines, and improve hollowness and puffiness beneath the eyes. They can also be used to improve skin texture, hydration, and elasticity across the full face.

As the treatment works gradually within the skin, results may take up to 3 months to fully develop. Once visible, results can continue to improve and typically last around 6 months. Maintenance treatments are recommended to help sustain long-term results.

Treatment is usually carried out as a course of 3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. A single maintenance treatment every 6–12 months is recommended to maintain results.

I see Dr Gurpreet Tiwana as my regular dentist and always get on v well. Earlier this month I saw Dr Minesh Patel for some specialist root canal treatment; he is honestly the nicest dentist I have ever had – shook my hand at the beginning and end of treatment, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, all the way through treatment he checked whether I was ok and explained what he was going to do next etc, so so gentle and kind.
