What Causes Root Canal Infection?

The Treatment Process
Your treatment begins with a carefully administered local anaesthetic to ensure you’re completely comfortable. Using precision instruments, the infected pulp is carefully removed, and the canals are cleaned and sterilised with specialised tools before being filled with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. The tooth is then repaired with a filling.
